What You'll Do

As an Inventory Analyst for the Independent Retail (Dealer) Channel, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Commercial team. You will be a key contributor in providing the data and analysis that drive business decisions. You'll also get to:

• Work cross-functionally with Customer Fulfillment, Finance, Channel, and Sales teams.
• Develop and execute inventory allocation models.
• Monitor inventory and order shipment trends to make recommendations to cross functional teams.
• Develop weekly point of sale and floor plan trends report to provide leadership and cross-functional teams usable data to drive business decisions.
• Work with shipping department to communicate challenges.
• Actively participate in established forecasting meetings and supply data to support call points.
• Work with Channel Marketing team to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Update and create reporting solutions for both frequent updates and ad-hoc reporting, with a goal of standardization.
• Provide analysis and recommendation to support SKU optimization.
• Provide analytics to support the Independent Retail Field Sales team.
• Ultimately own inventory analysis for Cub Cadet and Hustler in the Dealer channel to add value and support business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Business Systems experience
• Experience with inventory and/or allocation analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel, plus additional MS applications
• Knowledge of Power BI
• General understanding of inventory management and replenishment
• Ability to take initiative and think critically
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish cross-functional relationships
